HCR 2-EXTEND ALASKA RAILROAD TO FT. GREELY                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  LYNN announced  that the  committee  would consider  HOUSE                                                               
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION  NO. 2,  Relating to  the extension  of the                                                               
Alaska  Railroad  to  Fort Greely  to  serve  the  anti-ballistic
